The Allen County Farmers' Market is an open-air market with four locations - two in Iola, one in Humboldt and one in Moran. Depending on the market location, vendors are either set up in parking spots in the middle of the barricaded street or parking lot to sell to shoppers. Vision, SNAP, Kansas Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (KSFMNP) vouchers, participate in the Double Up Food Bucks Program and debit cards are accepted*. Numerous cooking demonstrations are shared during the season as well as local talent, musicians and entertainers perform weekly during the season. Community organizations can sign up for either of the two free vendor spots to distribute information or raise funds for their cause. A Reading Roundup, sponsored by Allen County Farm Bureau Association, is hosted by Allen County volunteers for children who visit the market with their parents during Thursday's market.

SEEKING PERFORMERS
Are you interested in playing and/or performing at Allen County Farmers' Market? We are looking for individuals to perform at our Thursday market on a volunteer basis. Performers have the option of performing in the Pocket Park, on the Square or in the middle of the market. Performances will be on a first come, first serve basis and performers must provide their own equipment. If you have any questions about becoming a volunteer performer, please do not hesitate to contact us!
